Privacy Policy · 개인정보 처리방침
Clear limits on what we handle.
Effective 2026-09-02 · Version 1.0
1. Scope
This policy applies to visits to seoul100bars.com and to general, factual-correction and partnership enquiries that you choose to send by direct email.
It does not activate or cover a private B2B order, quote, payment, tax-document, refund or booking process. Seoul100Bars does not currently accept an order or payment through this site. Separate written terms and any additional privacy information must be provided before transaction-specific data is requested.
2. When you visit the site
The hosting and security services may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, request time, diagnostic data, usage data, security events and identifiers or cookies used for delivery, bot management and abuse prevention.
Seoul100Bars does not add its own analytics, advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies or pixels, and does not receive or keep a separate operator-controlled copy of routine hosting logs. Hosting infrastructure may still use technologies necessary to operate and secure the site.
3. When you email us
The site uses mailto links. Clicking one opens your email application; the site itself does not receive your message through a web form. If you send an email, we receive its sender address, message metadata and the information you choose to include, such as your name, role, organisation, official website, page URL, source URL and enquiry text.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, resident-registration numbers, bank or card details, health information or other sensitive personal information.
Sending an enquiry is optional. If you do not send it, we cannot review or respond to it.
4. Why we use information
- Deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site.
- Prevent abuse and investigate security incidents.
- Respond to the message you chose to send.
- Review and document a factual correction.
- Assess relevance and take the steps you requested before a possible partnership agreement.
We do not sell enquiry information, publish it as an endorsement, add the sender to a newsletter or reuse it for unrelated marketing. A commercial enquiry does not affect an editorial conclusion or the handling of a factual correction.
5. Service providers and overseas processing
OpenAI OpCo, LLC hosts and operates ChatGPT Sites on our behalf and may use authorised subprocessors for hosting, content delivery, infrastructure, safety, security and support. Technical data is transmitted automatically when a page is requested. ChatGPT Sites does not support data residency at launch, so this processing may occur outside the Republic of Korea, including in the United States and other locations used by current authorised subprocessors.
OpenAI's Sites DPA describes Hosted Data processing for the service term and for the time required afterwards to perform applicable obligations, including deletion. We use Kakao Mail, provided by Kakao Corp., to receive, store and reply to direct email. Your message also passes through the email provider you choose. Kakao's own service processing, subcontracting, retention and overseas-transfer practices are described in its current privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law, or when you instruct or separately consent to the disclosure. We do not disclose enquiry information to prospective advertisers or sponsors merely because an enquiry was received.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep direct-email enquiries only while they are needed to handle the request, allow reasonably expected follow-up, protect site security, resolve a dispute or meet a legal preservation duty. When those reasons no longer apply, we delete the message from the operator-controlled active mailbox. A non-personal record of a factual correction may remain in editorial notes or the published page.
Deleting a message from the active mailbox may not immediately remove provider-controlled backup or security copies. Those are handled under the provider's applicable retention and deletion process. Routine site access logs are retained by hosting and security providers under their applicable service terms, security needs and legal obligations.
7. Security
Access to the enquiry mailbox is limited to the operator responsible for reviewing and responding. We use provider security controls and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss. Ordinary email is not an appropriate channel for sensitive or payment information.
8. Your rights and complaints
Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, provide access, correct an inaccuracy, delete information that is no longer required, restrict or object to certain processing, or explain how the information has been handled. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email altego@kakao.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Identify the relevant correspondence without attaching an identity document. You may also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission or another competent privacy authority.
9. Changes
We will update this policy before materially changing the information collected, its purposes, the providers used or the way information is shared. The effective date and version at the top identify the current policy.
